How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

How You Will Receive Your Refund

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible:

    • If you paid by credit card, your refund will be returned to the same credit card used for the original transaction.

    • If you paid by EFT, BPAY, cash, cheque, or money order, your refund will be processed via EFT to a bank account nominated by you.

    • If your credit card payment was made more than 12 months prior, your refund will be processed via EFT to your nominated bank account.

Refund Processing Time

We aim to process approved refund requests within one (1–2) business days of receiving your request.

However, in some circumstances additional time may be required, including:

    • Lost or cancelled credit cards

    • Payment gateway declines

    • Manual processing requirements

    • Bank or merchant delays (typically up to 10 business days)

    • Additional verification requirements

    • Manual processing via Westpac Merchant Helpdesk

Once processed, funds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Additional Notes

    • Refunds are subject to review and approval

    • We may request supporting documentation where required

    • This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
        • Approved refunds will be processed in full unless otherwise agreed in writing
